When God is described as the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, He is portrayed as the God for all mankind. His followers pass on the truths and stories of their faith from generation to generation.

In Deuteronomy, Moses is given a mandate to teach God’s law to God‘s chosen people constantly. They teach their children as they rise up, lay down, go out, come back home, and as they sit together.

Today’s young leaders appreciate the need for guidance. They seek mentors, but many have difficulty finding them. KEN’s mentoring program provides a place for the seasoned leader to mentor the younger leader in business, relationships, ministry, and in physical, emotional, and spiritual health. We need to understand how to live intentionally with direction, purpose, and meaning. We need to be part of God’s redemption process in all facets of life so that everything that we do advances the kingdom of God, on earth, as it is in heaven.

Devoted Christians understand that their legacy is not a material inheritance. It is a spiritual inheritance. Christian leaders need to understand that their legacy is a redeemed and transformed business culture. Leaders lead so that God’s redemptive power is manifest at work and in communities. We advance God’s kingdom on earth, as it is in heaven.

KEN provides a comprehensive curriculum that trains seasoned mentors, and connects mentors to developing leaders. Each KEN chapter has monthly mentoring meetings that empower leaders to develop businesses that do business God’s way in a business culture that brings heaven to earth.
